LIMITED WARRANTY

Applicable date: December 10, 2023.

Recubrimientos Plásticos del Sureste (“Manufacturer”) grants this limited warranty (“Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“Buyer”) of the PVC coated products (“Products”), subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. next:

Warranty Coverage.

This warranty is valid only for PVC coated products purchased from authorized distributors, retailers or directly from the manufacturer.

This warranty does not cover damage, defects or malfunctions resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents or unauthorized repairs/modifications of the Product.
Any modification or alteration made to the Products without the express consent or approval of the Manufacturer will void this warranty.
This warranty does not cover any cosmetic or surface imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the Product.
The Manufacturer will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the Product.

Warranty period.

Unless otherwise specified, the warranty expressed in the previous paragraph will apply as follows:

Goods: up to 12 months from installation or 18 months from delivery, whichever comes first.
Services: for 90 days from completion of Services.
Repaired Goods, Replacement Items and Repair Services: from delivery of the replacement or completion of the repair, for 90 days or until the end of the original warranty period (if later).

Warranty claim process.

In the event of a warranty claim, the original Purchaser must contact the Manufacturer or the authorized distributor where the Product was purchased.
Buyer must provide proof of purchase, including date and place of purchase.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the Product and evaluate the nature of the warranty claim.
If the Product is determined to be covered under warranty, the Manufacturer, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the Product with an equivalent item or refund the original purchase price.
The Manufacturer's decision on warranty claims is final.

Exclusions.

This warranty does not cover and the Manufacturer will not be responsible for:

Costs associated with the removal, transportation or reinstallation of the Product.
Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, vandalism, fire, floods or other external factors.
Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals not included in the resistance tables, extreme temperatures or extreme environmental conditions not considered for this type of product.

Disclaimer.

The Limited Warranty set forth herein is the only warranty offered by Recubrimientos Plásticos del Sureste and may only be modified with the written and signed consent of REPSA®. THE WARRANTY IN THIS CLAUSE IS EXCLUSIVE. THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY OF THE GOODS, DOCUMENTATION OR SERVICES.

Applicable legislation.

This Warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Querétaro de Arteaga, Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Products, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and Buyer may have additional rights under local laws.
