UNF unions are used to connect conduit to conduit, or to terminate possible future modifications to the conduit system. Supplied with female threads on each entry.
UNY unions are used to connect conduit pipe to fittings, junction boxes or enclosures. Supplied with male thread on one entry and female thread on the other.

PVC coating will burn if exposed to continuous flame or heat above 400°F (204°C).
