REPSA Yellow Coat® factory threaded nipples save you time and money in the field. They are used to connect two threaded ends or to convert a female connection to a male connection.
The long nipples are PVC coated on the outside depending on the size and assembly considerations, while the long threaded nipples have a yellow Urethane coating on the inside and outside.

Polyvinyl chloride has a crystallization temperature of 5° F (-15° C).
PVC coating will burn if exposed to continuous flame or heat above 400°F (204°C).
Prolonged exposure to temperatures greater than 200°F (93°C) or fire may cause the PVC coating to release emissions potentially hazardous to the health of those exposed to them.

Threaded nipples with yellow Urethane coating on the inside and outside. Special sizes are supplied upon request, consult your distributor for more information. Consult the factory for nipples with only urethane.
If you require a Nipple with an interior and exterior coating of Yellow Urethane, add the suffix -UP to the end of the catalog. example: RYC-NPL75AL200-UP
