Description

Its main application is to prevent thread locking due to corrosion. Designed to hold roofing sheets in warehouses, workshops, process buildings, and any highly corrosive environment.

  • Yellow urethane protection on the threads.
  • Commercial measurements from 6” to 24” in length.
  • Made in Galvanised steel.
  • Includes high-impact, weather-encapsulated galvanized steel nut and conical PVC cap.

80-84 (Shore A Durometer).

Dielectric strength.

400 Volts/Mil at 60 cycles.

Aging.

1000 hours (Atlas wet UV chamber).

Elongation.

200% min.

Temperature.

Polyvinyl chloride has a crystallization temperature of 5° F (-15° C).

Flammability.

PVC coating will burn if exposed to continuous flame or heat above 400°F (204°C).

Toxicity.

Prolonged exposure to temperatures greater than 200°F (93°C) or fire may cause the PVC coating to release emissions potentially hazardous to the health of those exposed to them.
